Those in the know, know that the best place to find fine chocolate on Anguilla is at Anguilla Sands and Salts. A touch of Anguillan sea salt added to prime, single source ingredrients of chocolate, sugar, and flavorings creates the most delicious chocolate you will ever taste.

Josveek Huligar explaining the chocolate-making process

Josveek Huligar, master chocolatier, is also a master story teller as he explains his process for making such delicious chocolate bars. There are several flavours available with the newest being Mango. Other taste treats are Spice, Ginger, Coffee Nibs (such a flavourful crunch), and Coconut. Johsveek offers tastes of each of the flavours. So much fun and so hard to choose! Maybe you will want one of each flavour!

Josveek is currently building a chocolate factory to increase production. And for those who want to have an additional purely Anguillan experience, Josveek is also planning to offer chocolate-making classes. Doesn’t that sound like fun?

Anesia Powell, who is always happy to see you, runs the shop. In this photo, she is standing in front of the chocolate bar fridge. Cool!

Anesia created her own skin care brand using Anguillan sea salts that make perfect gifts from Anguilla. The chocolate bars are also a great gift, but it’s really hard to avoid eating them!

Anguillan sea salt is also used to create flavoured salts for seasoning. The flavours are so intensely delicious that a little seasoning goes a long way. The seasoning salts come in two sizes and also make great gifts.

Anguillan sand from different beaches is used to create jewelry and plates. It’s fun to guess which beach the sand is from. If you know your beaches, this can be done, so it’s a good reason to visit all the beaches Anguilla has to offer.
